Beauty Favourite

What person doesn’t love beauty products? Here’s one of my new favourites.

Simple Kind To Skin Micellar Cleansing Wipes.

For years the only makeup remover wipes I would use came from Mac Cosmetics and cost the princely sum of £20 for 100 of them. After two consecutive packets of them, left me feeling like they had changed the formula (and the wipes started feeling drier AND it was harder work to remove my makeup). It made me start considering to try a new one.

I had heard about the craze of micellar water as a gentle cleanser that was powerful enough to remove makeup and when these Simple Kind To Skin Micellar Wipes caught my eye in the supermarket during a grocery shop one weekend, I thought how wrong can you go for the discounted price of £2 (I think they might’ve even been on special offer cheaper than that).

From the first use I was sold. They are a decent size. Very moist which feels like you aren’t having to scrub your face too hard and they have given me no skin reactions whatsoever.

I have very sensitive skin and have a history of breakouts or reactions to supermarket beauty products but I have now been using these makeup wipes for the past month and had no problems at all.

They easily remove a full face of makeup with one wipe and in one go. They do not leave my skin feeling tight or sore and most importantly they remove waterproof mascara with no sore eyes afterwards.

What more could you want? So I’m pleased to share Simple Kind To Skin Micellar Wipes as my August favourite with you. They are always on special offer in one supermarket, chemist or another and I’ve never paid more than £2 for a packet of 25 wipes (they are currently £2 in Boots). That’s a massive saving from my previous Mac wipes which is the icing on the cake (or face).

If you’re tempted to try and you fall in love with them too, drop me a message. I’d love to hear your beauty stories.
