Gosh, nearly 18 months since I last did the walk up to Milton Keynes Theatre. I’ve missed it!
We all know what’s kept us all away from live theatre, music gigs and all other types of events and life stuffs you can think of but that’s another blog altogether..
Last night I was more than ready to go see the Grease UK Tour which is directed by Nikolai Foster and choreographed by Arlene Phillips.
And what a bang to get back into the swing of things with.
Grease is one of the first musicals I ever discovered. It was everyones first right? The film adaptation songs were cemented in every under 18s millennials party playlist.
The film, the songs, the outfits, the dance moves, everything about Grease is iconic.
In this production Peter Andre stars in two roles as Teen Angel and Vince Fontaine and he is sooo good! It’s the perfect role for him and Peter Andre gives it his all and the audience are the lucky ones to take it.
The show is busy, with something always to see happening on-stage, even if its not the characters doing the talking. It’s exciting to watch what the supporting cast are up to, and look out for Peter Andre as Vince Fontaine in his DJ booth, working (and jiving) away.
Grease is definitely still the word. 🖤
